Fresh thinking.
Solid foundations.
We’re building a better way forward for construction in Southern California.
Built to close
a gap in construction.
Projects took too long. The industry kept building the same traditional way. Cubic was founded to change that.
Our operations began in February 2023. Cubic Engineering Inc. was incorporated in 2025 as our current corporate entity. Today, we deliver public projects, commercial construction, tenant improvements, construction management, and private residential projects.
With 15+ years of industry experience, founder Ahmad Koja combines engineering-minded planning with hands-on project leadership. Our focus is simple: quality, responsiveness, problem-solving, and execution.
A clear process.
A stronger outcome.
Every great build starts with a better plan. We bring structure, communication, and accountability to every stage.
